In 2010, as the world was breaking free from the shackles of recession and the IT industry of India was reviving from the turbulent market conditions, Mr. Nilesh Soni, an ordinary man living in Raipur city, decided to start a retail business in the field of CCTV surveillance & security products with the name "SONI CCTV Cameras." When it came to acquiring new customers, maintaining stock, and providing fast & reliable service, the initial years were a struggle. Doing all this, while trying to stand out from the competition and making a profit, was the toughest challenge.
